Henriëtte started her legal career in South Africa.  She graduated with an LL.B from the University of Pretoria in 2001 and also obtained an LL.M degree with specialisation in Labour Law from the University of South Africa.  Henriëtte practiced as a partner in a law firm since February 2004 until she and her family moved to New Zealand in July 2014.

Henriëtte was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand on 8 March 2018 and worked in Upper Hutt until February 2023 when she decided to open her own practice in Johnsonville.

Henriëtte has experience in Family Law, Employment Law, General Civil Litigation, ACC matters as well as Conveyancing.  She has appeared in the Family Court, District Court and Employment Court and was Junior Counsel in both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

KELLY MOORMAN

Kelly has been Henriëtte's Personal Assistant and right hand for four and a half years while they worked in Upper Hutt.

Kelly has 20 years of experience as a Personal Assistant and Legal Secretary at law offices in Upper Hutt and Wellington and has a wide range of secretarial experience in the fields of Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Conveyancing, Commercial Law as well as Patent and Trademark Law.
